We are looking for a skilled Sr. Executive - HR with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune, responsible for closing recruitment positions and handling generalist HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis is an added advantage.
