Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and creative direction.
Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
Stay current with design trends and software to elevate our creative work.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a graphic designer, including experience in a leadership or senior role.
A solid portfolio showcasing your work, with a focus on diverse design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
