Job Description
Develop and update loan policies for LAP (Loan Against Property).
Monitor compliance with risk guidelines and policies.
Analyse risks and suggest ways to minimise them.
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.
Review and improve risk management processes.
Handle audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Prepare reports on risk and policy performance.
Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in risk and compliance, especially with LAP.
Positive understanding of retail banking and loan products.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
