Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner – BFSI to drive strategic sales, account growth and business development for a leading banking client.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology sales, strategic account management and large-value deal closures, with experience selling technology solutions and services to banking clients.
Candidates with robust account farming, hunting, or a combination of both will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue and business growth across strategic BFSI accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective banking clients. Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across technology solutions and services. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business priorities.



Lead complex sales engagements from chance identification through negotiation and closure. Work closely with pre-sales, solutioning, consulting and delivery teams to develop client propositions. Manage large and strategic technology deals and transformation opportunities. Understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant technology solutions. Own sales targets and contribute to overall account and business growth. Preferred Solution Experience
Experience selling one or more of the following solutions to banking clients:
Payment solutions Infrastructure and Network solutions Cloud and Data Center solutions Data & Analytics solutions Technology transformation Managed services Enterprise technology solutions Key Requirements
10–18 years of relevant experience in technology sales, strategic account management, client partnership or business development. Robust experience selling technology solutions/services to BFSI and bank
