Job Summary:

The Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily facility operations, maintaining the cleanliness, safety, security, and functionality of the premises, and coordinating facility staff and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Monitor daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Assign duties and prepare work schedules for facility staff.
Inspect the premises regularly for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and other facility systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, staff attendance, and facility issues.
Handle complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and facility supplies.
Report major maintenance or operational issues to management.
Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure proper work discipline.




Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly facility operation reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
