Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily work of scanning operators.
Ensure high-quality scanning and indexing of court records.
Monitor productivity and meet project timelines.
Verify scanned documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper handling, safety, and confidentiality of court records.
Coordinate with court officials and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with all project guidelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
Good computer knowledge.
Familiarity with document scanning software and MS Office.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
