Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based at Sona Industries in Kagal. The Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor operations, including planning and monitoring machining activities, managing work allocation, and ensuring production targets are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operators and technicians, supervising adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues. The role involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor will collaborate with maintenance, quality,



and production teams to keep machines running efficiently and to deliver components on time.

Qualifications
Experience supervising manufacturing or machining operations, preferably in engine or drivetrain component production.
Robust knowledge of production processes, workshop safety practices, and basic quality control procedures.
Ability to plan workloads, manage shifts, and coordinate teams to meet production schedules.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for guiding team members and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Proficiency in using production logs, basic computer tools, and reporting systems to track output and issues.
Problem-solving skills for identifying process bottlenecks and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering is preferred.
Prior experience in an on-site manufacturing setting and willingness to work in Kagal on a regular basis.
