Supervisor of Quality Quality Assessment and Report /: Responsibilities/: Shop/-Floor Quality Leadership & Inspection Supervision/: Oversee, assign, and direct QC inspectors' daily tasks throughout the receiving, in/-process, and final inspection phases; enforce control plans, inspection checklists, and standard operating procedures /(SOPs/). Non/-Conformance Management & Root Cause Analysis/: To implement successful Corrective and Preventive Actions, issue Non/-Conformance Reports, oversee defect containment/quarantine protocols, and guide cross/-functional teams in carrying out 8D, 5/-Why, and Fishbone investigations. Metrology, Line Clearance, and Audit Compliance/: Manage gauge calibration procedures, Gauge R&R; studies, first/-piece inspection, and line clearance prior to the commencement of mass production.

Regularly carry out Layered Process Audits and QMS compliance checks.



Cross/-Functional Alignment & Customer PPAP Support/: Assist Quality Management during customer audits and PPAP /(Production Part Approval Process/) sample submissions; work with Production, Maintenance, and Toolroom leads to solve recurrent defect trends.
