Supply Chain & Customer Excellence Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Customer Excellence Manager to manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle and ensure smooth order fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The candidate will coordinate with Sales, CRM, Planning, Production, QC, Dispatch, Distributors, and Accounts to ensure every order is properly accepted, planned, manufactured, quality-checked, dispatched, delivered, and billed within the committed timelines.

The role will be the single point of accountability for OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery, order visibility, customer satisfaction, and fulfilment excellence. The candidate will monitor order progress, identify delays or issues, coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution,



and ensure timely communication with customers and distributors.

Robust coordination, follow-up, communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required. Experience in supply chain, order management, customer excellence, or operations is preferred, and jewelry industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
