Work with supply chain and operations teams to understand business processes and financial implications.
Develop and maintain project business cases including ROI, Payback, NPV, and IRR analysis
Monitor transportation, warehousing, inventory, and productivity-related KPIs
Define reporting requirements for transportation, warehousing, and inventory costs.
Design dashboards for logistics spend, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per case delivered
Track project budgets against approved estimates.
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to provide timely financial insights and support business decision-making.
Support stakeholders for reporting, and other finance transformation initiatives.
Support finance digitalization through WMS/TMS implementations and automation.
Established value-tracking mechanisms to monitor savings realization.
Support digital team and business team for cost visibility, controls, and enable data-driven decision-making for digitization.
