Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process. Technical Support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to international customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
