Monitor shipment allocation, dispatch, delivery, and closure activities.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to customers.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and coordinate delivery executives/riders and monitor their productivity.
Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, productivity, pending shipments, and closure percentage.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and daily workforce requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery operations.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
