Welcome customers and assist them in selecting surgical and medical products.
Explain basic product features and usage as per company guidelines.
Maintain stock by arranging, checking, and replenishing inventory.
Prepare bills and process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
Check expiry dates and ensure products are stored properly.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints politely.
Record daily sales, stock movement, and inventory details.
Coordinate with suppliers for receiving and verifying current stock.
Follow safety, hygiene, and store policies while providing excellent customer service.
