Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Team Leader to manage, motivate, and develop a team of field executives and ensure achievement of assigned collection and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of field executives and collection staff.
Assign daily work and monitor team performance.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection and business targets.
Monitor field visits, customer follow-ups, and collection activities.
Guide team members in handling customer accounts and resolving operational issues.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and bank/financial institution representatives.
Ensure timely submission of DCR, reports, bills, and other operational documents.
Track pending cases and take necessary follow-up actions to improve collections.
Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.




Coordinate with Branch Managers and senior management regarding targets, performance, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client/bank guidelines.
Identify current opportunities to improve team performance and maximize collection.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in team handling, banking recovery, collection, NBFC, or related fields.
Previous experience in a Team Leader role will be preferred.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Solid team-management and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to work in the field and handle a team effectively.
Knowledge of banking recovery/collection processes will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
