Shift: US Night Shift (5 Working Days | Rotational Week Offs)

Key Requirement

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably with experience in US Sales.

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in team handling with formal Team Lead experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.

⁠ ⁠Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and business targets.

⁠ ⁠Monitor team performance and take appropriate actions to improve productivity.

⁠ ⁠Coach, mentor, and groom team members to enhance their performance.

⁠ ⁠Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.
