Role Description The Team Manager role at Blackbuck is a full time, on-site position based in Jagdalpur. The person in this role will lead and supervise a local operations team, ensure day-to-day logistics activities run smoothly, and monitor performance against defined targets. They will coordinate with truck owners, drivers, and customers, manage scheduling and load allocation, and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain service quality.

The Team

Manager will track key metrics, prepare regular reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role also involves coaching team members,



promoting compliance with company policies and safety standards, and collaborating with regional and central teams to support business growth in the location.

Qualifications
Proven experience in team leadership or people management, including supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
Strong operations and logistics management capabilities, with experience in coordinating on-ground activities and resolving day-to-day issues.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with customers, partners, drivers, and internal teams.
Comfort with technology and digital tools used in logistics, transportation, or related fields.
Ability to work in office in Jagdalpur, with high ownership, reliability, and willingness to handle field-level responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related discipline preferred; relevant experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
Knowledge of local geography and regional transport ecosystem in and around Jagdalpur is beneficial.
