About the Role
Chat Real AI, focuses on creating expressive, real-time 3 D characters. We are looking for a skilled and talented Blender 3 D Animator to join our team who can design, customize, and optimize high-quality human avatars using Blender.
Key Responsibilities
Solid skills in character animation in Blender
Ability to create agile camera animations in Blender
Experience with simulations (cloth, particles, rigid bodies, etc.) in Blender
Valuable understanding of lighting, timing, and composition in Blender
Collaborate with developers to integrate assets into real-time engines
Maintain consistency in style and quality across all 3 D Characters
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with 3 D Characters
Strong proficiency in Blender
Solid understanding of:
Human anatomy and character design
Topology and clean mesh workflows
Texture mapping and materials
Ability to create or work with facial expressions, morphs, or blendshapes
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Knowledge of facial rigging and lip-sync workflows
Familiarity with real-time avatar systems or virtual characters
