Job Summary:
Responsible for leading interior design projects from concept development through execution, ensuring creative quality, functionality, aesthetics, timelines, and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
Lead projects from initial concept to final execution and handover.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, budgets, and design expectations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Select appropriate materials,



finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
Review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material costs to maintain project budgets.
Ensure compliance with design standards, building requirements, and project specifications.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
Mentor and guide junior interior designers and design teams.
Resolve design, material, and execution-related issues during projects.
Maintain updated knowledge of interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
