Innefu Labs, an AI-driven R&D; company with 100+ installations across India, Middle East & Southeast Asia, is looking for a TA Manager/Head to own and transform its end-to-end talent acquisition function. The company serves Defence & Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Financial Intelligence Units, BFSI and Fortune 500 organisations.

We are looking for:

10–15 years TA experience | Team management (8–10 recruiters) | AI/ML/Data/Cyber hiring exposure | CXO hiring | Robust stakeholder & negotiation skills | Hands-on sourcing & market mapping
