Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition
Location: Surat / Rajkot / Vadodara
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with Managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer-to-joining conversion.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
