Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with 23 years of experience, preferably from the manufacturing, heavy engineering or industrial machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to joining.
Handle hiring for technical, engineering, shop-floor and corporate positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout,



notice period and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update ATS/HRMS.
Build talent pipelines through market mapping and competitor sourcing.
Support campus drives, walk-in drives and bulk hiring as required.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
2+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Positive knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Valuable communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
