Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating customer requirements, technical enquiries, quotations, and order-related activities. The role will act as a bridge between customers, sales, production, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers regarding technical requirements, enquiries, and product specifications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical documents, and customer enquiries.
Coordinate with production, quality, and technical teams for customer requirements.
Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, samples, and product development.
Maintain customer records, enquiry status, quotations, and sales-related data in ERP/CRM.
Support the sales team in handling customer queries and resolving technical issues.




Prepare MIS reports and regular updates on enquiries, orders, and pending activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Key Skills
Positive technical and commercial understanding.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM, and documentation.
Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is preferred.
Valuable problem-solving and time-management skills.

Timely response to customer enquiries.
Enquiry-to-quotation turnaround time.
Order follow-up and on-time delivery coordination.
Accuracy of quotations and documentation.
Customer response and query resolution time.
Timely updating of ERP/CRM and MIS.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
