Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, design job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience. Day-to-day activities include managing recruitment pipelines, maintaining candidate relationships, overseeing offer negotiations, and tracking recruitment metrics. The role also involves improving employer branding,



enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications
Strong skills in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, and stakeholder management.
Experience with sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, and employee referrals.
Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage selection and offer processes effectively.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and standard productivity tools.
Knowledge of hiring best practices, market trends, and relevant labor and employment guidelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in IT or technology-sector recruitment is highly beneficial.
