Required Skills and Experience:
4 to 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably within an IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, Recruitment Services or Technology Services organisation.
Strong hands on experience in Contract Staffing and Full Time recruitment.
Experience recruiting technology professionals across skills such as Salesforce, Java, .NET, SAP, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers and other IT skill sets would be preferred.
Proven experience as an individual contributor with a robust track record of closing requirements.
Prior experience in leading, managing, mentoring and growing a recruitment team.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Experience working with IT services / staffing clients and handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong candidate negotiation and closure skills.
Good understanding of compensation, notice periods, candidate availability and IT hiring market dynamics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high priority requirements.
Solid ownership, accountability and target orientation.
