Feed Mill Technical Support Engineer – Poultry Nutrition & Feed Additives
Provide technical support to feed mill customers under the guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct in office feed mill visits and assist with feed mill audits, process evaluation, and optimization.
Develop practical knowledge of feed milling operations, processes, and FeedMiling products.
Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues related to feed mill equipment.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.
Assist in product demonstrations, field trials, testing, and technical data collection.
Support customer and operator training on equipment operation, best practices, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Sales Team during customer visits and provide technical inputs and product support.




Collect customer feedback, identify technical requirements, and highlight potential product and service prospects.
Prepare and maintain service reports, customer visit reports, audit reports, and trial reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, service activities, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on feed milling technology, equipment, poultry nutrition, and industry developments.
Be willing to travel extensively across India for customer visits, installations, trials, audits, servicing, and training.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
