We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team, specializing in Databricks and handling complex data engineering lifecycle projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust passion for building scalable data pipelines and optimizing performance.

Roles and Responsibility
Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
Optimize data engineering lifecycle performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines and architectures.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
