Position: Collection Executive

Location: New Delhi
Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment.
Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.




Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand)*
Experienced: Salary more than the last CTC (Salary Proof Mandatory)
