Explain software/ERP products and their key features and advantages.

Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.

Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects.

Track competitor offerings and market requirements.

Prepare regular sales and lead-generation reports.
