Prepares project status reports by collecting, summarizing information and recommending actions
Maintains a secure and clean working workplace by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Identification of flanges, pipes & fittings, mechanical seal, electrical & instrumentation equipment as per codes standards and specification.
Material identification as per application code specification.
Developing Material clearance records, making nozzle setup report, final dimension report, heat chart of material, hydro test report etc.
Checking & maintaining calibration certificates of equipment.
Dimensional Inspection of finished jobs & prepare dimensional Reports
Knowledge of Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Coating, Painting, Passivation as per approved procedure and specification.
Maintaining & record final reports.
