About the Company A growing engineering-focused content and marketing team producing in-house and externally published material on deep-tech subjects like semiconductors, batteries, EVs, and quantum technologies.

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical writing role for someone who can turn meetings and technical notes into polished, publish-ready documents daily. You'll work directly with leadership in a small, focused team, producing white papers and technical blogs that require genuine engineering fluency — not surface-level tech writing.

What You Will Do
Convert meetings and technical notes into finalized written documents on a daily basis
Write in-depth white papers and technical blogs on hard-tech subjects (semiconductors, batteries, EVs, quantum mechanics)
Structure all writing using the Pyramid Principle (Situation-Complication-Resolution) with short, tightly linked sentences




Build custom charts and diagrams (2x2 matrices, scatter plots, 5-factor models, infographics) directly into documents
Produce content for both internal and externally published marketing materials

What We're Looking For
B.Tech or B.E. degree (mandatory) with a robust, active grasp of core engineering, physics, and math
2 to 7 years of technical writing experience with engineering or research content
85%+ marks in Class 10 and 12 (90%+ preferred)
Genuine working knowledge of semiconductors, batteries, EVs, and quantum mechanics — beyond AI-only content
Solid command of deductive writing frameworks (Pyramid Principle / Situation-Complication-Resolution)
Commute of 40 minutes or less from Gurugram, or willingness to relocate
No unexplained employment gaps other than time spent building a startup, further education, medical reasons, or parental leave
