About the Role

We are looking for fluent Tamil-speaking Telecallers to join our sales team for Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understand their requirements, explain products clearly, and have a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and promote our Ayurvedic products.
Communicate fluently and professionally in Tamil.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced sales team.
Requirements
Fluent in Tamil – speaking is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.




Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking.
Ability to handle customers professionally and work effectively under targets.
