Assist senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation and know basic knife skills
Should be able to read, understand and follow kitchen SOPs
Should be able to learn to operate basic commercial kitchen equipment such as food processor, fryer, gas operated range, oven, grill, microwave, etc.
Assist in setting up and replenishing the kitchen line during service.
Should be open to learn and work in different sections of the kitchen when required.
Assist with live counter operations and food assembly during busy service periods.
