Role: Purchase Executive

N.I.T. Faridabad, Haryana

Key Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in automotive/mechanical manufacturing.

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Ability to read and understand mechanical/engineering drawings.

Robust vendor coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Experience in purchase order management and procurement documentation.

Candidates with experience in Odoo or similar ERP systems will be preferred.





Exposure to auto-components/heavy commercial vehicle manufacturing and basic knowledge of GD&T;/tolerances will be an added advantage.

Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Faridabad/NCR.

The role will involve vendor coordination, purchase order management, delivery tracking, price negotiation, procurement planning and coordination with R&D;/production teams. The candidate will also be required to work with BOMs, mechanical drawings, Excel and ERP systems.
