Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales and market development for our cosmetics and beauty product portfolio.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, distributor/dealer management, General Trade (GT), Up-to-date Trade (MT), and B2C channels, along with a solid understanding of the cosmetics/beauty market.
nThe candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, expanding the distributor and retailer network, achieving sales targets, and building solid relationships with customers and channel partners.

Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.n
Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, retailer, salon, and beauty-store network.n
Identify and appoint new distributors/dealers to increase market coverage.n
Drive sales of cosmetics, beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care, and related products.n




Develop new markets and identify potential business opportunities within the assigned territory.n
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, salons, and key customers.n
Ensure regular market visits and effective beat/route planning.n
Monitor product availability, visibility, secondary sales, and stock movement.n
Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure timely order execution and product availability.n
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, new product launches, and market trends.n
Implement company schemes, promotions, and trade offers effectively.n
Ensure proper product placement, display, merchandising, and brand visibility at retail outlets.n
Support new product launches and ensure effective market penetration.n
Monitor distributor/dealer performance and provide necessary business support.n
Prepare regular sales, market, competitor, and territory reports.n
