Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Head Taxation to lead the organisation's overall taxation function, covering Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Tax Advisory across the business and its entities.
The role will be responsible for ensuring solid tax governance and compliance while providing strategic tax inputs on business transactions, recent products, investments, restructuring and other key initiatives. The incumbent will also manage tax assessments, audits, notices and litigation and work closely with senior management, business teams, auditors, consultants and tax authorities.
Preferred candidate profile
CA (2006 to 2008) with experience into both direct & Indirect tax can apply
