We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with customers professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

· Explain company services, products, or offers clearly to customers.

· Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

· Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

· Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate team when required.

· Achieve daily or weekly calling and follow-up targets.

· Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Qualifications:





· Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

· Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.

· Good listening and convincing skills.

· Robust follow-up and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

· Prior tele calling or customer service experience will be an advantage.

Education:

· Minimum Plus Two.

Experience:

· Freshers can apply.

· Previous experience in tele calling or customer service will be an advantage.
