Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5+ Years in Reception, Administration, Marketing, Calling or Office Operations

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and ensure it is organized and welcoming.
Welcome and assist parents, visitors and guests professionally.
Supervise entrance-area activities and maintain smooth visitor flow.
Handle admission procedures, enquiries and related documentation.
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries.
Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information to parents and visitors.
Support school marketing activities, promotions and outreach programs.
Identify and connect with prospective parents through calling and other communication channels.
Coordinate with parents and staff regarding admission requirements and schedules.
Maintain accurate student, visitor, admission and calling records.
Manage stationery items, including stock monitoring, ordering and distribution.




Handle daily office administration, documentation and data entry.
Coordinate with in-house staff to ensure smooth school office operations.

Candidate Profile
Valuable computer proficiency, including MS Office and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good calling, follow-up, convincing and coordination skills.
Pleasant personality with qualified reception and customer-service skills.
Basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities.
Organized, responsible and attentive to detail.
Positive coordination and record-keeping abilities.
Capable of handling parents, visitors, marketing activities and administrative tasks independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
