We are looking for a Tele Sales & Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, robust convincing abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and processes to customers.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to drive sales conversions.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests and ensure timely resolution.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Maintain daily calling and sales reports.




Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
