Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Royal Enfield Service Centre. The candidate will be responsible for calling Royal Enfield vehicle owners for service reminders, following up with customers, booking service appointments, providing customer assistance, and collecting post-service feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers whose vehicles are due for service.
Explain service requirements and encourage customers to schedule their service.
Book and confirm service appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding scheduled appointments.
Contact customers who have missed or postponed their service.
Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback.
Handle customer queries related to service appointments and dealership assistance.
Coordinate customer complaints and concerns with the Service Advisor/Service Manager.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM/DMS.




Follow up with inactive/lost customers to encourage them to return for service.
Maintain daily call and appointment reports.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service retention.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Positive customer-handling and listening skills.
Ability to speak English and the local language.
Basic computer and CRM/DMS knowledge.
Valuable follow-up and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Automobile/two-wheeler service experience will be an advantage.
