URGENT HIRING – TELECALLER

We are looking for a confident and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge and practical experience in telecalling, lead follow-up, customer interaction, and enquiry conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Follow up with leads and enquiries.
Explain courses, services, and offers clearly to prospective students/customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads.
Convert enquiries into admissions/sales through effective communication.
Maintain call records and update lead status.
Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales preferred.




Positive knowledge of telecalling and lead management.
Practical experience in handling and following up with leads.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and communicate confidently.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle customer/student enquiries professionally.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹8,413.57 - ₹25,532.93 per month
