Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain course.
Communicate with customers in Tamil and understand their requirements.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

Requirements
Tamil speaking is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
