Job Summary

Fit My Job is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team in Manjeri, Malappuram.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and other channels.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Follow company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or above.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Customer-oriented approach with good convincing skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
