Job Summary

Bhart Banerjee & Company (CA Firm) is looking for a Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting, taxation, client coordination, and financial reporting activities. The candidate will work closely with senior accountants and the finance team.

Key Responsibilities :-
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/accounting software.
Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank accounts.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic financial reports.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Collect and verify accounting documents from clients.
Coordinate with clients for pending documents, information,



and accounting requirements.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Support the senior team in audit, taxation, accounting, and CFO services assignments.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Regularly follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned by seniors.

Required Skills:-
Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive communication and client follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:-

B.Com / M.Com /MBA Finance , equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile :-

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in accounting or CA-firm workplace will be preferred.
