We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Personal Loan Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling warm and hot leads generated by the company and converting them into successful Personal Loan applications/disbursals.

No Cold Calling / No Random Calling Required.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with warm and hot leads provided by the company.
Understand the customer's financial requirements and explain suitable Personal Loan options.
Pitch loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure and other relevant details to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until conversion.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Collect and coordinate the required customer information/documents as per company process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursal targets.
Coordinate with the internal/operations team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Telesales.
Candidates with experience in Personal Loans, Loans, Banking, NBFC, Fintech or Financial Services will be preferred.
Robust communication and convincing/pitching skills.
Good understanding of the telesales and lead-conversion process.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups effectively.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
Freshers are not preferred; relevant telesales experience is required.
