Manage and maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables.

Handle stock inward and outward entries and ensure proper documentation for every transaction.

Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase/production team before shortages occur.

Perform daily/weekly stock verification and periodic physical inventory audits.

Maintain inventory records using Excel/ERP/inventory management software.

Issue materials to production and assembly teams against proper requests and maintain traceability.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

Maintain proper bin locations, labeling, part numbers, FIFO/FEFO, and organized storage.

Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, excess stock, slow-moving items, and shortages.
