Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production plans.
Plan machine loading, manpower and process schedules.
Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and delivery commitments.
Track orders from PO → Material → Production → QC → Dispatch.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Design, Production, Quality & Dispatch.
Monitor WIP, material shortages and production bottlenecks.
Prepare daily production and order-status reports.
Follow up on delayed/critical jobs and ensure timely corrective action.
Maintain PPC MIS, production schedules and delivery trackers.
Ensure on-time delivery and production plan adherence.

Preferred Skills:
Positive knowledge of PPC, production scheduling & capacity planning.
Experience in sheet-metal fabrication / machining / laser cutting / CNC bending preferred.
Solid MS Excel & ERP/MRP knowledge.
Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.
