Role Description The Tellcalling Executive role at GigLobby is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur.

The Tellcalling

Executive will engage with brands and creators over phone calls, introduce GigLobby’s services, explain campaign details, and support users in onboarding and using the platform. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing clear information about UGC campaigns, collecting requirements, and updating records in internal systems.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, following up to ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintaining skilled, customer-focused communication at all times.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain services clearly over the phone.
Customer service and relationship-building abilities to support and retain both brands and creators.
Basic computer literacy, including working with CRM tools or spreadsheets to record and track calls and campaign details.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently during the day.
Comfort with targets and performance metrics, with a proactive approach to meeting calling and conversion goals.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in telesales, call center, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
