Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our services, following up with leads, and maintaining good custome Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and offers clearly.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the Project Coordinator or Project Manager regarding project updates, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
Share relevant customer and lead information with the concerned team members.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
