Role Overview The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students at the secondary level. The role involves planning and implementing lesson plans, conducting assessments, guiding students in academic and co-curricular activities, and contributing to overall school development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, adaptable, and committed to student growth.

Teaching Effectiveness

Lesson plan completion rate and adherence to the curriculum.

Student feedback and participation levels.

Improvement in student academic performance.

Assessment & Monitoring

Accuracy and timeliness in grading and feedback.

Percentage of students showing academic improvement.

Student Engagement

Number of co-curricular activities conducted.

Student attendance and discipline records.

Collaboration & Communication

Frequency and quality of communication with parents.

Teacher participation in faculty meetings and development sessions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (compulsory for TGT).





Relevant teaching experience of 1–3 years in schools.

Sound knowledge of the subject being taught.

Familiarity with educational tools and technology.
