Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics

Classes: VI–X

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, passionate, and experienced TGT Mathematics Teacher to teach Classes VI–X. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom-management skills, and the ability to make Mathematics engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned Mathematics lessons for Classes VI–X.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly using examples, activities, problem-solving, and real-life applications.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and teaching resources.
Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and examinations.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial and additional academic support.
Develop students’ logical thinking, reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure active participation of all students.
Use digital tools, smart boards, and educational technology effectively.
Maintain accurate academic records, assessment data, and student progress reports.




Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
Participate in PTMs, teacher training, workshops, school events, and co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to improve student learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
Candidates meeting applicable TGT/CBSE eligibility requirements will be preferred.
1–3 years of school teaching experience preferred; experienced candidates will be given preference.
